72 hour notice for full refund. Less than 72 hour notice you will be charged the full amount. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Please advise us if you will be checking in later than 6:00PM. (That's no problem, we just like to know if you will be arriving late.)

Check-out is 11:00AM
$10.00 per hour charge after check-out time.
